Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a Shift Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the First Assistant & General Manager. You will lead by example, execute systems with integrity, and ensure the store is in excellent order with staff performing duties properly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include slicing meat, baking bread, and supervising the shift, while maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to train into the position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to train into the position.
