Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandising, pricing and promotions; keep merchandise stocked and fronted.
• Supervise employees, schedule work, train and motivate staff.
• Understand store finances and control expenses; participate in audits.
• Foster teamwork and ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
• Utilize store technology and perform shift reports and math calculations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
