Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Nashville to lead with energy and ownership on the sales floor. You will coach teammates, drive sales results, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining store operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for customers.
Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
Maintain store standards and safety procedures.
