You’ll act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, help with hiring and training, and uphold standards while maintaining a high level of customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience or key holder role.
• Strong coaching, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, driving energy, confidence, and solutions for customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and close the sale.
