Job summary

MFA Oil Company is hiring a Break Time Shift Leader for our Missouri Break Time Convenience Store. This role supports store operations, assists management, and ensures strong customer service during shifts.

Key duties include supervising staff, handling cash and banking, merchandising, and maintaining safety and food programs; you’ll help training new hires and communicate with management to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior management/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead store team during shifts.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Supervise shifts in absence of the manager and help train staff.
• Ensure food programs, safety and compliance.
