fuelgood is seeking a Station Cook to join our culinary team in a corporate cafe and catering setting. This hands-on role rewards accuracy, speed, and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certified in proper food handling, typically through a ServSafe Certification.
• Knowledgeable of allergens and certified through ServSafe.
• At least one year of cooking experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily menus and flow of service.
• Label and stock ingredients on shelves.
• Wash, chop and sort ingredients.
• Measure quantities and complete basic recipes.
• Reheat and prepare ingredients for the station.
• Adhere to nutrition and sanitary regulations.
