Job summary

fuelgood is seeking a hands-on Station Cook to join our culinary team in a corporate cafe and catering setting. This role is fast-paced and requires pride in high-quality food and teamwork.

You will handle daily prep, labeling, stock ingredients, follow menus, and ensure safety and sanitation standards. ServSafe certification is preferred, with opportunities for full/part-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cooking experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily menu and flow of service for the station.
• Label and stock ingredients on accessible shelves.
• Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients and preparing items.
• Measure quantities of seasonings and basic recipes.
• Reheat and prepare ingredients for the station daily.
• Adhere to nutrition and sanitary standards.
• Track ingredient inventory and assist with order guides.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management staff; other duties as assigned.
