Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Special Events Specialist to support the Promotions Manager in planning and executing all promotional and special events across Wind Creek Hospitality Properties. The role requires strong guest service skills and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months Customer Service experience- required
• Must pass an interview panel on communication and guest services
• Excellent organizational skills; strong computer skills with word processing
• Must communicate effectively in English, written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Assists with the execution of promotions and special events for WCH Properties
• Acts as an entertainer and mascot for the property
• Coordinates promotions and events by staffing, vendors, and equipment, and overseeing signage
• Keeps promotional collateral and digital media up to date
• Delivers excellent guest services guided by the 3 Keys and GET
• Handles required paperwork for winners and IRS forms
• Develops new and exciting promotions and covers for the coordinator
• Performs other duties as assigned
