Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Special Events Specialist to support the Promotions Manager in executing all promotional and special events across Wind Creek Hospitality Properties. The role emphasizes guest service excellence and collaboration with diverse departments and external vendors.

The candidate should have solid customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
• Customer service experience required; six months preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work independently and in a team; interact with diverse departments and vendors
• Willingness to travel and participate in training as required
• Must have valid PA Gaming License or ability to obtain one
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one
• Must pass an interview panel and guest service audition

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of promotions and special events for Wind Creek Hospitality Properties
• Act as an entertainer and mascot for the property
• Coordinate promotions and events by staffing, vendor contact, and equipment tracking
• Maintain promotional collateral and Digital Media at property
• Provide excellent guest services following the 3 Keys and GET
• Complete required paperwork for promotion winners and IRS forms
• Develop new and exciting promotions
• Fill in for Coordinator when unavailable
• Other duties as assigned
