You will connect with guests, share information confidently, and represent our offerings with professionalism in an entry‑level role focused on customer service.

Your enthusiasm and communication skills help drive brand awareness and support our promotional initiatives across events and activations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest engagement are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A flexible schedule is needed to support events.
• Experience or interest in event planning is preferred.
• VIP guest services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on promotional systems as directed by supervisor.
• Oversee setup and breakdown for events and promotions.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about offerings.
• Manage promotional inventories and ensure accurate redemption.
• Record guest information in the program database.
• Troubleshoot issues at promotional kiosks during events.
• Provide detailed event reports highlighting strengths and opportunities.
• Support all marketing programs from start to finish.
• Offer solutions following company customer service policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
