Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Inventory and scheduling experience preferred
• Radio/Telecommunications service experience advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills and initiative
• Strong understanding of technology and telecom systems
• Customer service background and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors professionally
• Take customer orders, clarify requests, identify parts needed, offer alternatives
• Complete sales by entering items into system, process payment, issue receipt
• Maintain clean, professional counter, work area, and stockroom
• Coordinate parts for repair and schedule service calls
• Provide in-house and customer tech support
• Order parts from suppliers based on department and customer requests
• Receive, unpack, and store parts for easy access
• Pick, pack, and ship orders as required
• Take inventory and maintain records of goods received
• Keep perpetual inventory controls
• Process parts warranties and returns
• Support Gilford, CT office with scheduling and parts
