Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors professionally.
• Take orders, identify parts, and offer alternatives.
• Process sales in the system, collect payment, and issue receipts.
• Coordinate parts for repairs and schedule service calls.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts; maintain inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts as needed.
• Support service office with scheduling and parts ordering.
