Job summary

SPATCO in Oklahoma City is seeking an energetic service dispatcher to join our team. You will dispatch calls for service technicians, schedule and track service activities, and ensure timely closure of requests.

You will communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, use GPS to monitor technician locations, and enter call information into our systems. Experience with dispatching, customer service, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with customers.
• Prior use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests and local branch standards.
• Enter service call information into computer systems.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service.
• Relay work orders, messages, and information in writing and/or verbally.
• Use GPS programs to monitor locations of service technicians to assist in dispatching calls.
• Assist in processing and billing of service invoices.
