Qualifications

• Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, repairs and billing.
• Promote and sell company services.
• Assess customer needs and upsell products.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to meet customer needs.
• Previous truck/auto service or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications and telephone skills.
