Qualifications

• Impeccable communication skills across phone, email and in person.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Desire to grow into a full-cycle software sales career with a clear progression path.
• Experience in an SDR/BDR role is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline targets.
• Communicate with stakeholders across various company sizes and verticals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
• Develop knowledge of the Awardco platform and the employee recognition industry.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Use sales tools to research accounts and personalize messaging.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of activity and pipeline movement.
• Adhere to lead qualification standards and contribute to SDR process improvements.
• Represent Awardco with professionalism and enthusiasm.
