Trinity Health - Loyola facility is seeking a full-time day shift teammate to support patient and staff communication, from 0700 to 1930 (0.9 FTE). The role handles paging, phones, and IT help desk requests to keep unit operations smooth.

Duties include inventory management, ordering medical supplies, and entering data to maintain accurate records, while supporting quality improvement and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Experience: Less than 1 year required; 1–2 years preferred.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Position Requirements

Minimum Education : Required: High School Diploma Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education

Minimum Experience : Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience. Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Compensation

15.45 - 19.68 Hourly

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
