Job summary

Service Wizard, Inc. seeks a passionate Sales Coach to mentor and train our teams across field locations, delivering structured sales process training and hands-on coaching to drive outcomes. You will design materials, mentor staff, and promote premium service and ethics in sales.

The role involves 3+ years in trades with teaching experience, strong public speaking, and proﬁciency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Service Titan is a plus. On-site work in Austin, TX is expected.

Qualifications

Teaching and instructing groups and individuals with excellent communication skills.
Experience delivering sales process training in multi-location or national organizations.
Strong public speaking and presenting abilities in classroom and field settings.
Understanding business development and lead generation in a home services context.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training development tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct classroom training for sales processes at multiple field locations.
Provide on-site coaching during customer visits with sales and technicians.
Lead sales coaching and mentorship, teaching objection handling and premium service practices.
Design and update training curriculum to keep materials current and effective.
