Job summary

TruTeam in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a Sales Support Representative to back the sales team with quotes, scheduling, and customer interactions. You will enter and finalize quotes in Oracle, answer calls and walk-ins, support reporting, and maintain updated contact lists while staying accurate and professional daily.

Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and ability to prepare compelling sales presentations are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Vehicle for company purposes requires valid license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to assemble professional sales presentations.
• Knowledge of ERP applications (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enter and Finalize quotes into Oracle for customers and Sales Representative.
• Handle incoming phone calls and walk-ins requesting sales information.
• Assist the sales manager in the preparation of sales reports and competitive market analyses.
• Update contact lists of existing and prospective customers.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
