Dematic is seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator to support the Amazon sales team and learn Dematic's processes, tools, and lifecycle offerings. You will assist Account Managers with Salesforce activity, opportunity administration, pricing support, customer follow-up, and workload management.

This role is designed for career progression toward a Regional Account Manager role, focusing on internal sales execution and timely customer engagement within a growing automation environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales support experience or similar is acceptable.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
• BS/BA in business or related field is commonly required or valued.

Responsibilities

• Open, update, and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Provide day-to-day support for Account Managers, including Salesforce administration and follow-ups.
• Prepare pricing breakouts, quotes, and internal handoffs to move opportunities forward.
• Track and follow up on leads and referrals to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate site research and scope details with internal teams to define customer needs.
