Qualifications

• Two years administrative experience or equivalent combination.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and email.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of business contracts.
• Ability to work with general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Catering Managers.
• Prepare and distribute reports, mail, and communications.
• Coordinate Banquet Event Orders and weekly event packets.
• Assist with event changes and catering requests.
• Maintain files and trace system for the hotel.
• Respond to client inquiries and support sales team.
