Modern Market Westlake is seeking a Catering Lead Coordinator to manage the end-to-end catering experience for clients in Colorado. You will coordinate orders, prepare dry goods and food, ensure timely delivery and presentation, and foster customer relationships to drive catering growth.

Flexibility for occasional nights and weekends, with the option to perform hourly restaurant duties when not catering. Living wages, free meals, and full benefits are offered to full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas).

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy.
• Prepare dry goods and food for events and ensure timely presentation.
• Build and maintain client relationships and seek catering opportunities.
• Fulfill hourly restaurant duties when not catering (cashier/help line).
