Village Fresh in Fort Worth, TX seeks an organized Sales Associate to provide administrative, operational, and customer support to the Sales Administration team. You will handle order entry, invoicing, and data integrity across ERP systems while coordinating with logistics and finance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales administration or customer service, excel in communication, and are capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration and/or Customer Service.
• Produce, food manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and EDI systems preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including entering orders and managing order changes.
• Coordinate inventory with distribution centers and third-party logistics providers.
• Provide training and coverage for sales/admin staff as needed.
• Communicate customer concerns and quality issues internally and externally.
• Maintain accuracy of customer and sales records in ERP systems.
