Sun Com in the United States is seeking a driven Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly quotas and deliver high quality sales of handsets, plans and accessories in a full-time, in-person role.

You will follow company policies, master key systems like Paycom and RQ4, and support teammates while maintaining store appearance and inventory control.

Spanish language ability is preferred; 4 days/30 hours minimum; reliable transportation required and benefits include health and 401(k).

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation to location.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
