Job summary

Fabletics currently seeks a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead for our NEW Westfield Century City location in Los Angeles, CA. You will deliver best-in-class customer experiences, collaborating with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to exceed KPIs across online and in-store shopping journeys.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, a passion for active lifestyle products, and are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a retail environment (minimum).
• Willingness to work onsite with flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle products and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store customer experience to exceed KPIs.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, fit, and product features.
• Drive store events, promotions, and community involvement.
• Provide training and feedback based on Customer Experience Playbook.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to inspire associates and meet goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value.
• Offer product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain safety, security, and physical standards; assist with unpacking inventory.
