Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants in Longview, TX to connect customers with the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options, meet sales targets, and earn uncapped commissions as you grow with the team.

You’ll join a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with training provided. 40-hour weeks, weekend availability, and variety across in-store events and online orders help you stay engaged and advance.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Ability to work 9am–9pm shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced two weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible to evolving tech and customer needs while meeting sales goals.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided if needed.
