Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet/exceed store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top‑line sales growth, and expense control.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, audits, and store performance data.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Lead the Guest Engagement Leader program through ownership, coaching, and exceptional guest experiences.
