The MM will oversee inventory, scheduling, pricing updates, and guest engagement to ensure exceptional service and operational compliance while supporting omnichannel initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Ability to drive top-line sales and manage payroll budgets; control expenses.
• Proven leadership to attract, develop, and motivate top talent and lead teams.
• Proficiency with store technology including POS, Office apps, and tablets/devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for sales and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll data to support scheduling and staffing.
• Review and respond to financial and operational reports promptly and accurately.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales.
• Stay informed on beauty industry trends, products, and ingredients.
