Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations in alignment with our mission and values. This role manages a team of Task Associates and oversees shipment, replenishment, omni-channel activities, price changes, and markdowns to deliver top-line growth.

The MM focuses on performance, people development, and process compliance, driving sales and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, controlling expense.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, achieving operational excellence, driving service culture, and executing merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Leverage forecasts and budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Review financial and operational reports regularly and act on findings.
• Lead guest engagement and product demonstrations to drive sales and service.
