Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and ensure product availability across retail locations. You will travel within a region, work with store teams, and use a mobile app to report results.

This role requires a reliable smartphone, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours, competitive pay ($17.00) and benefits are provided for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Prior retail merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have reliable smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a region.
