Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products across multiple retail locations. You will work with store teams, travel within a region, and use a mobile app to report results. The role requires a valid driver's license, a personal smartphone, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English conversational proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
