Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate at our Indianapolis store. You will support store management and perform roles such as Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customer orders and balance cash drawer.
• Educate customers about Goodwill programs and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor.
• Sort and prepare textiles or wares for display.
• Assist with donation door flow and loading/unloading as needed.
• Support eCommerce and ClickGoodwill packaging and shipping.
• Assist with inventory and shelf stocking.
• Assist with rack and cart maintenance and merchandising.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in all tasks.
