Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is hiring a part-time Retail Associate at our Indianapolis location. The role supports store management across daily operations, including cashier duties, donation processing, and product handling to meet store goals.

The position offers an hourly rate of $12 and requires flexibility to work in various retail capacities such as cashier, textiles or wares producer, or eCommerce support.

Qualifications

• No degree required; capability and willingness to learn are valued.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows all cash handling procedures.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs to educate customers and answer questions.
• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor, purges, sorts merchandise, and restocks shelves.
• Assists with donation processing and maintains a clean, orderly donation door and backroom.
