Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Retail Associate to support store management in reaching daily goals. You will perform cashier, donation processing, textiles/wares prep, and eCommerce duties, rotating to multiple roles as needed.

This full-time position at 8011 S. Meridian in Indianapolis offers hands-on learning, strong teamwork, and opportunities to contribute to community programs while handling customer service, inventory, and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, balances drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Sorts items for quality, tags and hangs textiles or wares, and tracks daily production.
• Receives donations, sorts products, and keeps the donation area clean and organized.
• Identifies valuable items for online sale and packs totes for ClickGoodwill.
• Scans books, determines display or donation routing, and prints inventory sheets.
• Inspects racks and carts, merchandises and purges the sales floor, and updates production sheet.
