Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana in Connersville, IN is hiring a part-time Retail Associate. You will support store operations across cashier, donation processing, textiles/wares production, and eCommerce related tasks.

You will contribute to customer service, merchandising, and backroom organization, while maintaining store standards and safety. Prior retail experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter most.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, balance drawer, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Educate customers about Goodwill programs and direct complex questions to staff.
• Maintain a clean sales floor and organize merchandise and racks.
• Assist in donation processing and backroom organization, including equipment use.
• Support eCommerce and eBooks initiatives, packing and shipping totes.
