Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will influence store performance through friendly service, accurate transactions, and proactive engagement with customers.

As a key team member, you will handle merchandise, assist with promotions, and help maintain a welcoming store atmosphere while ensuring health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of hitting sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
