Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets.
• Customer-centric and able to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; follow health & safety policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies.
• Additional duties as required.
