Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily retail operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and ensure accurate inventory and checkout processes.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail experience, a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and reliability for weekend/holiday shifts. Training and growth opportunities are available in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering great service.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and shipment workflow.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals and follow store policies.
• Support additional duties and projects as required.
