Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a motivated Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help shape store success through engaging service, merchandise execution, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventories, and maintaining visual standards while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
