Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets (preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and comfort with POS systems to handle transactions and reports.
