Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals and follow store policies.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
