Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is hiring for a full-time Retail Associate at our Indianapolis location. The role supports store operations across multiple duties, including cashiering, donation processing, eCommerce, and merchandising.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and strict adherence to store procedures, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• No degree required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to learn store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customer orders and maintain a balanced drawer.
• Assist with various store roles (Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, Rack or Cart Runner).
• Keep the sales floor clean and well-organized, restock shelves, and assist customers as needed.
• Load and unload donations and operate basic equipment as required.
• Support eCommerce and in-store merchandising to meet store goals.
