Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate in Indianapolis, IN. You will support store operations across cashier, donation intake, and merchandising tasks while learning multiple job tracks such as textiles, wares, eCommerce, and more.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate cash handling, and a strong emphasis on maintaining an organized sales floor and backroom. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Required competencies include customer focus, teamwork, ethics, attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication and math abilities are valued for daily cash handling and customer service.
• Critical thinking and basic tech literacy help with store systems and ClickGoodwill processes.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains balanced cash drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Organizes merchandise on the sales floor and assists customers with questions.
• Sorts donations, loads/unloads trucks, and operates pallet jack and conveyor as needed.
• Packs and ships items for ClickGoodwill and identifies top sellers for eCommerce.
• Maintains backroom organization and assists with textiles production, eBooks, and rack duties.
