Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s locations in the United States.

The role supports the Senior/General Manager by training staff, supervising shifts, and maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness to drive profitability. You will train crew, lead by example, and manage labor costs and inventory while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift, as needed, to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
