Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader at a Hardee's location. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while controlling labor costs and inventory to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop crew under management direction
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations and promotions
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Handle cash when in charge of a shift, including bank deposits
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures
