Culinary Dropout, located in Charlotte, NC, is hiring immediately for a high-volume restaurant manager role. This full-time/part-time position requires leadership of shifts, operational oversight, scheduling, and guest-experience excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, manage POS and OpenTable, ensure product quality and cleanliness, and translate business goals into daily actions. Competitive pay and strong benefits support growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understand business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors and reliability of ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform calmly in a high-volume environment.
• Handle on-the-fly requests with poise.
• Knowledge of POS systems and OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with daily decision making, scheduling and planning.
