Schlotzsky’s is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a proven ability to develop and coach a high-performing staff while driving sales and ensuring top-notch guest experiences.

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, training, food safety, and brand compliance, along with budgeting, scheduling, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Understanding of budgets, P&L statements, and business metrics.
• Passion for delivering top-tier guest service.
• Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Comfortable with modern POS systems and operational software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory management, and brand compliance.
