Schlotzsky’s is seeking a General Manager in Arkansas to lead our restaurant with energy, integrity, and a guest-first mindset. You’ll oversee operations, build a strong team, and drive sales while ensuring food safety and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of restaurant management, coaches and develops teams, manages budgets and P&L, and delivers outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role requires evenings and weekends.

• 5 years management experience in the restaurant industry required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nights and weekends required (Schlotzsky’s hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days a week)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Travel required for training (mileage, hotel, and meal per diem provided)
