Qualificações

• High School minimum; University degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of operational management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong business math and accounting skills to manage P&L.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Dynamic, energetic, and positive leader with initiative.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsabilidades
