General Services Corporation seeks a Leasing Specialist to welcome prospective residents, present available apartments, and manage inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, and lease processing, while collaborating with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing or real estate experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available to work 9am–6pm Mon–Fri, Saturdays and holidays as needed.

• Conduct property tours and explain features and community amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify credit and income, document lease agreements.

• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote available apartments.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and ongoing support.

• Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales; multi‑family leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Bi‑lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays and Holidays as needed.
