Job summary

Olen Living in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for its Durango Canyon community. You will conduct tours of models and vacant apartments, respond to inquiries, and support occupancy goals.

The position requires 2–3 years of residential leasing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel/Word/Outlook) and property management software is preferred, with weekend availability and a customer-focused sales mindset.
